Copy Paste

Copy annotations between frames or documents, and paste images.

Copying Annotations

1. Select one or more annotations
2. Press Cmd/Ctrl+C to copy
3. Press Cmd/Ctrl+V to paste

Pasted annotations appear slightly offset from the originals so you can see them.

Cutting

• Cmd/Ctrl+X — Cut (copy and delete)

Pasting Images

You can paste images from your clipboard:

1. Copy an image from anywhere (browser, another app)
2. In hypershot, press Cmd/Ctrl+V
3. The image appears as a Media annotation

Cross-Frame Paste

1. Copy annotations on one frame
2. Navigate to a different frame
3. Paste — annotations appear on the new frame

Cross-Document Paste

Currently, copy/paste works within a single document. To move annotations between documents:

1. Export the first screenshot
2. Import it as an image in the second

Tips

• Duplicate — Copy then paste for quick duplication
• Offset paste — Pasted items are slightly offset, drag to position
• Paste images — Great for adding logos, icons, reference images
