Draw arrows to point at things in your screenshot.
Shortcut: A
How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”- Select the Arrow tool (press A or click the arrow icon)
- Click where you want the arrow to start
- Drag to where you want it to point
- Release to finish
Options
Section titled “Options”| Option | Values | Description |

On-Canvas Controls
Section titled “On-Canvas Controls”Arrows are rendered as filled polygons with intuitive on-canvas control points for precise shaping:
- Start/End points — Drag to reposition the tail or tip
- Bend handle — Drag the midpoint to curve the arrow
- Width handles — Drag perpendicular to the body to change body width
- Taper handles — Drag at the tail to taper the arrow body
- Head taper handles — Drag at the head junction to adjust head base width
- Head width handles — Drag to resize the arrowhead barbs
These controls appear when the arrow is selected, giving you full control over the arrow’s shape directly on the canvas.
Curving Arrows
Section titled “Curving Arrows”- Draw a straight arrow
- Select it
- Drag the center bend handle to add a curve
- Shift+drag — Constrain to 45° angles (horizontal, vertical, diagonal)
- Quick pointer — Great for callouts and directing attention
- Shape the arrow — Use the on-canvas handles to create thick, tapered, or stylized arrows
- Double head — Enable for showing bidirectional relationships
- Rounding — Increase to soften corners for a friendlier, organic look
