Undo Redo
hypershot keeps a complete history of your changes.
Basic Commands

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Every action is recorded:
- Adding annotations
- Deleting annotations
- Moving and resizing
- Changing colors and properties
- Rotating and flipping
- Frame navigation
History Limit
Section titled “History Limit”hypershot keeps up to 500 undo steps by default. You can change this in Settings → Editor → Undo Stack Limit.
When you reach the limit, the oldest actions are forgotten to make room for new ones.
What Gets Tracked
Section titled “What Gets Tracked”✅ Tracked:
- Annotation creation and deletion
- Property changes (color, size, style)
- Transform changes (move, resize, rotate)
- Frame changes
❌ Not tracked:
- Viewport pan and zoom
- Tool selection
- Settings changes
- Undo a lot — Press Cmd/Ctrl+Z repeatedly to go back many steps
- Menu access — Edit menu shows Undo/Redo with what action will be undone
- Fresh start — Close without saving to discard all changes
